"Casson is the best in the area including Omaha! I went to get my tires checked yesterday somewhere else and the tire shop thought I just got these tires! No! They're over two years old! That's how good the tread on my tires are from casson preforming an outstanding alignment after doing my rack and pinion. That was a year ago! (2023) Casson has done hard jobs on my car and never have I had to use the warranty he gave because the part and his work never fails. He recently did my lower engine mount (2025) and was honest about the other engine mounts and tranny mount being good. When I had my Pontiac, I would call Jamie and Austin about symptoms or they would inspect my car, tell me what's wrong and let me fix it. I used to do almost everything on my car and would leave Jamie and Austin the worst jobs. Sorry 😆😆 I'm sure they got tired of working on my Pontiac. I do not blame them!! I did too!! Lol! He's honest and VERY reasonable in price. You won't regret his service. Outstanding 10/10 I have to re-edit my review. It is 10/21/2025. Casson had told me in the past that my '07 Grand Prix torque and clutch was going out and he was right. I ended up getting rid of my Pontiac for a better car. I speak to Austin quite a bit because he specializes in transmission but is very knowledgeable about a lot of things too. My new car stopped producing heat and I didn't think to check the level of the coolant. He told me not to come in unless I check the fluid levels first. Sure enough, my coolant was extremely low. The coolant and heating has been fine since but that says a lot about a mechanic to tell me things over the phone instead of making me take my car in and giving me false information. I work way out in papillon. It takes a whole hour to get to casson and I still will drive that far to make sure I get quality, trusted work done! Haha! You do not run into mechanics like these ever!!!!!!"
